Eligibility
Participation in KMYA programs is open to youth within the age groups defined by each sport or activity. Parents or legal guardians must complete registration for all participants under 18 years old.
Registration & Payment
- Registration must be completed through the official KMYA platform.
- All fees must be paid by the stated deadlines unless otherwise arranged.
- Payments are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by KMYA leadership.
Code of Conduct
All players, parents, coaches, and volunteers are expected to:
- Demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and fairness at all times.
- Abide by league rules and program guidelines.
- Support a positive and safe environment for all participants.
Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in removal from games, practices, or the program without refund.
Health & Safety
- Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions during registration.
- In case of injury or emergency, KMYA reserves the right to seek necessary medical treatment.
- Participation in sports carries inherent risks; KMYA is not responsible for injuries that occur during activities.
